CUACKERS

WE CALL CUACKERS TO THE MALE-FEMALE COUPLE OF YOUNG LEADERS WITH DIVERSE STUDIES THAT RUN THE ACTIVITIES IN EACH GROUP.

We encourage those that are interested to participate in a Casting where the essential requirement is the ability to forge strong bonds with children, in order to get their attention and manage the leadership of the group.

It is not required to have a degree in the educational field.

Cuackers may be young professionals or students in their final years of their career, related to any cultural area (actors, writers, film makers, biologists, medicine students, psychologists, marketing students, IT students)

Upon incorporation they must enter a previous training program, called PEC (Training Program for Cuackers) that enables them to begin to lead a group, besides incorporating specific premises that apply to each particular activity to carry it out.
